As many of you know, I’ve had a lot of back pain lately. In fact, I’ve had back/neck issues on-and-off for the last 15 years! I saw my doctor on Thursday morning last week and received a very dismal diagnosis.
My doctor said, “Brooke, I know you are only 32 years old, but I need you to start preparing yourself.
