Agel ~ The Quadra Plan
When you evaluate joining a particular business venture, naturally you want to know how you will earn money, what your profit potential is, and what part of your earnings are ongoing, residual income. If you’re really savvy, you’ll assess what kind of leverage might be applied in the business.
Marketing plans have been since the 1950’s and since this time compensation plans have evolved to keep pace with the changing market conditions. Plans which worked well in the seventies didn’t perform well in the eighties. Plans that worked in the nineties often don’t meet the needs of today’s market.
Recognizing this reality, the founders of Agel started from ground zero, to create an innovative breakthrough in compensation plans: the Quadra-Plan.
Called the “Quadra-Plan,” the new model incorporates the very best elements of the four successful compensation plans that have been used in network marketing for the last 50 years. But Agel left out the bad stuff! People never break away from you, and you won’t have a majority of your group below your pay range. It is the most lucrative plan ever developed.
Take a look at the different ways you can profit with Agel:
1) Retail Profits
As an Agel Team Member, you can purchase products at wholesale cost, and market them for the Suggested Retail Price, which earns you a 20% immediate profit to keep.
2) Fast Start Bonuses
This is a way you can start earning right out of the gate. For those that need money right away, the Fast Start Commission allow you to get into profit quickly.
When you enroll someone at the Executive level, you will receive a $200 bonus on their initial product order.
When you enroll someone at the Retailer level, you will receive a $35 bonus on their initial product order.
3) Executive Bonus Pool
Everyone in Agel builds a two-legged structure. This is a weighted bonus depending on the growth in your lesser leg from the previous month, up to 40,000. It provides transitional income, to bridge you between fast start commissions when you begin, and the solid residual income you develop later.
Three percent of company CV is placed in the pool monthly, and paid out to those who qualify. You receive one share for each increase of 1,000 CV in your lesser leg from the previous month. (After you have reached 40,000 in volume in your lesser leg, you no longer qualify for this pool.) This bonus is only paid to those that enrolled at the Executive level.
I got into Agel on July 21. Worked hard the remaining 10 days of the month and received a bonus check in August for $1,807.62. Sometimes a few numbers explain an idea better that many words. 4) Expense Allowance
Once you are qualified at Senior Director or above, you will also receive the specified expense allowance to help defer your business building costs. This is a lump sum amount paid monthly. There are no expense reports to file, and you may spend it as you see fit.
• Senior Director $ 500 month
• Corporate Director $1,000 month
• Diamond Director $1,500 month
• Double Diamond Director $2,000 month
• Triple Diamond Director $2,500 month
• Quadruple Diamond Director $3,000 month
5) Travel Award Fund
Each year Senior Directors and above will be invited to the annual Agel Leadership Conference, which is held during the winter in an exotic tropical location. You must be qualified at Senior Director or above for three months during the calendar year to participate. The more months you are qualified and the higher the rank you are qualified at increases the amount you will receive.
6) Agel Car Fund
Once you are a qualified Senior Director or above, you will receive the specified car bonus. This money covers the cost of a luxury car and insurance. You can use this bonus for a monthly payment, or put it in escrow to save for a down payment, or lump sum payment for a car. The amount of your car bonus increases along with your rank.

7) Team Volume Commission
With Agel, everyone builds a two-legged structure. But please don’t confuse it with a binary plan! The two prong structure that Agel uses is simply to help support depth building in the group, and ensure that you have a strong line of sponsorship support above you.
Because everyone builds a two-legged structure, there is a real possibility that people above you will be placing new enrollees in your organization. And that volume counts toward your team volume.
For this commission, you earn 10% per month on the CV generated in your lesser leg. Commissions are paid on increments of 100 CV, with a maximum of 250,000 CV per month. That means you can earn up to $25,000 a month, just in Team Volume Commissions. And that is just on one income center.
When you enroll at the Leadership or Executive Levels, you actually get three income centers. So that means you are eligible to earn up to $25,000a month in team volume commissions in each! That gives you a maximum potential of $75,000 a month in this element of the compensation plan.

8) Leveraged Matching Bonus
When you really understand this bonus, you’ll appreciate why we say that the Quadra-Plan is the biggest innovation in pay plans in the last 15 or 20 years! This element rewards leaders with very strong residual income and allows you to access volume deep into your organization. Here’s how it works:
You earn from 25% to 50% of the Team Volume Commissions of everyone you personally enroll. They never break away from you, and it doesn’t matter what level they are on. They always remain your personal enrollee, and you will always receive the matching bonus on whatever they earn for Team Volume Commission.
Not only do you earn this bonus on those that you personally sponsor, you also earn it on levels of people that they sponsor! You begin by earning a Leveraged Matching Bonus through four generations. That means you get paid a percentage of what the people you sponsor earn in their Team Volume Commission, and you get a percentage on the Team Volume Commissions earn by the people that they sponsored, and then the people on the next level, and the next!
